About Us

Forest Hill Gardens

Forest Hill Gardens is conveniently located at the corner of Queen’s Blvd. and Westmount Rd. E. in Kitchener.  It is centrally located near shops, public and separate schools, parks, St. Mary’s Hospital, medical clinics, and bus routes. The family complex consists of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom townhouse units which are spacious and well-maintained.

Tenant Information

Lawn Care

Please prepare your yard for maintenance as follows:
All toys and belongings are tidied so the lawn can be easily cut and trimmed.
All dog waste is picked up from your yard in advance of the lawn care.

Disposal​

Please be aware that disposable wipes of any kind are not to be flushed down the toilets in your units even if the packaging says these are flushable, please dispose of them in your regular garbage can.

Pets​

Pick up your dog waste immediately in any of the common areas and dispose in the garbage. If you see an individual who is not picking up after their dog, please contact the office with a description of the person so we can contact them.

Lock Up​

Keep doors and windows to your home locked when you are not home. Lock up bikes, tools… that you keep in your yards. Always lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight.

Barbeques​

BBQs are permitted. Please move them a few feet away from the building and fences while they are in operation. Please do not leave barbeques unattended at any time.

Speed Limit

Drive slowly (10 km/h max) through all parking lot and driveway areas. Watch for children. Remind children to play in your yard, the playground or in common green spaces for their safety.
