Superintendents

Glenn and Kimberley Bridal – Full-time superintendents.

Ian Taylor – Assistant superintendent –  Ian will be covering on weekends and vacation times for emergencies only for our full-time superintendents and will also be assisting in maintenance.

Emergency repairs must be phoned into the office or you may leave a voice mail on the answering machine. Paper copies are also available on the office door.

Weekend Emergencies

The assistant superintendent will be on call and will address your emergency. Please follow the instructions for any recorded messages. If no other number is listed, leave your name, your phone number, your full address (i e. 1277 unit 9) and the problem.  We will call back on emergencies only.  Any non-emergency work will be done during the week Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and require work orders.

Recycling and Garbage Pickup

Please place all allowable items in the bins.  Large items, electronics, car parts, cardboard etc. are not to be put in the regular garbage.  Please dispose of it at a recycling center. **No plastic bags are to be put in the large combined recycling bin.

Garbage Day

Garbage is picked up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  This includes all holidays.  DO NOT put items in front of the bins.  The contractor will not pick those items up and the bin will not being emptied. 

E-Waste

Any electronic items need to be taken to an E-Waste disposal site.  Check the Waste Management site for drop-off



Recycling

Recycling is usually picked up on Thursday or Friday.  If the bins are full, please wait until they are emptied instead of overfilling the bins.

 

Appliances

Any appliances must also be properly disposed of.  Check Kijiji for free pick up or contact the office for the name and number of the person who recycles metals.

2026 SPRING & SUMMER REMINDERS

Please prepare your yard for maintenance as follows:

  • All toys and belongings tidied so the lawn can be easily cut and trimmed.
  • All dog waste picked up from your yard in advance of the lawn care.

BRIEF REMINDERS:

  • Please be aware that disposal wipes of any kind are not to be flushed down the toilets in your units even if packaging says these are flushable, please dispose of them in your regular garbage!
  • Pick up your dog wastes immediately in any of the common areas and dispose in garbage. If you see an individual who is not picking up after their dog, please contact the office with a description of the person so we can contact that person directly as soon as possible.
  • No pools permitted in common area.
  • Keep doors and windows to your home locked when you are not home. Lock up bikes, tools… that you keep in your yards. Always lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight.
  • BBQs are permitted. Please move them a few feet away from the building and fences while operating. Do not leave BBQs unattended.
  • Open fire devices such as fire bowls are not permitted.
  • Drive slowly (10 km/h max) through all parking lot and driveway areas. Watch for children. Remind children to play in your yard, the playground or in common green spaces for their safety.
